If you are like me, I like business that is straight forward – a straight shooter!! Getting the run around, or being “sold” doesn’t work for me. I like the to be led in a kind way, with logic, and access to individuals that have the information that I need. I hear “I need to do research” on this franchise or that franchise…. The easiest most efficient way to get answers and “figure out” a franchise, is to talk directly to the franchise developer. Coordinating and attending the developer introduction calls, is one of my favorite parts of my day. Matching up a franchisee and franchise – is so enjoyable and why I do what I do.
The Franchise Developers have all the“research” figured out and are able to get the information to us quickly, and we get to figure out if we like that companies culture up front. I always encourage my clients to talk to multiple franchise developers, the business culture shines through, and we’ll be able to decide pretty quickly if it is a match or not. Facts, logic and respect would be my choice any day over pushy sales.
